The edges are smooth and not rough which you sometimes get from mass molded toys. At a price of $8.99 for a pack of 36 they are a good value costing about 24 cents an army man. You can get a pack of 108 army men for $19.99 bringing the cost down to 18 cents a man, but this is only a better value if you have a use for 108 army men, haha

These green Army men soldiers are the best quality i have seen in a very long time! Not only are they extremely well made they also have very fine details too them too. I tried to capture on the pictures . Now this is how toys should be made. These soldiers will last long time with the superb quality they are. My grandson will get hours of play at a time just like my son use to when her was little. They also are a true Army green color with a shiny base over them. They also come in a nice little box to store them all in. These are not made like the cheep ones you see in dollar stores or other places These are a quality ones built to last . This is a very fun collection of retro "Army Men" toys from KiddieLoot. I ordered the 36 pack, and my nostalgic fighting force arrived in a glossy branded box with no casualties and no MIAs. All 36 soldiers were present and accounted for. There were no battlefield injuries or walking wounded. The soldiers are armed with an array of machine guns, rifles, and grenade launchers, and all are in excellent fighting form. In all seriousness, I really was surprised at how well these toys are made. Unlike the versions I remember from my youth, these men have no excess blobs of plastic left over from the molding process, and no sharp edges. There are no missing limbs or melted weapons. The ones that are in an upright fighting position all stand or kneel perfectly without falling over. They have a high level of detail, and are all similarly sized at around 2". This is a nice assortment of army men. Basically, the same classic designs they've always had. They are just a bit lighter green than typical ones, plus just a tad shinier. Of course, I had to tell the kids to make sure they pick them up off the floor, so the dog doesn't get them. They just come in a ziplock bag inside a cardboard box. If the box is taken care of, then they can be stored in their box. I'm sure I'll be finding these all over the house, half chewed up. Thankfully there are a lot of them.

I hand out items to veterans at my organization during our fall festival. I try to find branch specific items. These Army Men will be perfect for the Army veterans who make up about 40% of all veterans. These are just like the classic Army Men I had as a child. I loved the bazooka one. They are all here. The color doesn’t look quite the same, but that if fine. You get all 8 different men. It does bring back fond memories. The quality is good. I found no plastic flash or imperfections. I have the 36-piece set and am quite pleased. At a good price, you will get a classic set of Army Men to play with, display, or gift.

These look a little different than the army men I remember, they're a brighter green, but the quality and size are great! My son loved setting them up in different scenarios. They're very durable and various poses make them fun to play with in different set ups! Highly recommend for the money.
