We’re currently having a pool built in the backyard, so when I saw this, I had to grab it. This thing is HUGE. Once inflated, it has so much air volume that it’s almost impossible to push underwater. It feels about as durable as most inflatables in this category. The material isn’t unusually thick, and I wouldn’t expect it to last for years of heavy abuse, but it absolutely delivers on the fun factor. I decided not to tell my kids (7 and 10) that I bought it. After they went to bed, I inflated it and waited until the lights were out. Then I slowly came upstairs hiding behind it singing in a deep voice: “Daddy shark do do do do do do…” Both kids screamed first, then immediately started laughing hysterically. My wife’s response was basically: “What the *#% did you buy now?” Worth it. Fun product. Ridiculous in the best way.

My son is obsessed with swimming and songs on YouTube. One of his favorite songs is about sharks and water. He absolutely loved this ginormous blowup shark as it is just so much fun to not only play with in the living room, but we can also play with it in the pool. It’s fun because you can hang it up if you want to. There are hooks on the shark to hang the shark if that’s what you choose. It also floats in the water and is a great hit in our pool. It is massive though and our pool isn’t too large so it does take up a lot of space in our 10 foot pool. The quality seems normal for an inflatable. It’s not flimsy but solid feeling. It did smell as soon as you opened the box of PVC. The shark did come with a patch in case it gets a hole so you can patch it. It did take me a little while to blow up as I had to use my mouth. I tried a hand pump and it was not working. It was a lot of work, blowing it up by mouth. I love that the shark looks realistic, and it’s about the size of a real shark too. Can’t wait for it to be officially summer where we live so we can open up our pool and use the shark in the water! The price seems great for such a large inflatable and if you catch it with the coupon, it’s an even better deal. If you have a shark obsessed child and a pool, this is a must have inflatable. I know my son cannot wait for summer. Our pool is going to be a big hit this summer!

I got this for my toddler son, and he thought the giant shark was really fun. The size makes it exciting for him, and it is the kind of toy that works well for outside play in warm weather. This is especially nice here in Florida when we are outside more and he wants something silly to play with. I like that it is different from his usual small toys and gives him something big to run around with. The only thing is that large inflatables do take space and need to be handled with some care. For us, it is a fun outdoor toy and my son enjoys it.

This thing is quite large and takes a lot of air. It has quite a smell to it when first opened up, and I got quite dizzy trying to inflate it with my mouth. I strongly recommend using a hand or electric pump. It takes quite a while to inflate. As far as looks, they are ok. It looks cool from a distance, but kind of poor looking up close. Kind of washed out and looks like a bad AI print. The fins also have a wide, white trim that kind of takes away from the look a bit. The kids to like playing with it, and they aren't scared of it at all. It's still too cold to use in the pool, so I had just let them play with it in the house for a bit. Maybe that's why they aren't scared of it, since it is a land shark. It seems quite durable and has a couple patches in case it gets punctured. The patches won't help if the seams leak, but they seem to be pretty good quality, so I don't expect them to start leaking. I'm sure it will get popped long before the seams fail.

This shark is fantastic! My five year-old granddaughter absolutely loves it in the pool. The plastic seems to be very good quality with good seams at all of the junction points. The print on it is very lifelike, which makes her all the more excited that she’s there with her real shark. It is very big so you’re going to want to have some kind of device to assist you in blowing it up if you’re gonna try and do it with your lungs, good luck. It does stay filled hopefully fingers crossed we won’t have any leaks in the short term. It takes a bit of time to deflate it though also unless you’ve got an active reverse airflow on a 12 V pump.

First of all, this thing is huge! It's about 75" long. The vinyl material feels thick and durable. We used a small hand-held air pump and It blew up quickly and evenly. The face on this shark is scary. They did well printing his face because he looks real. My younger grandkids won't go near him. Lol! The shark is evenly balanced. He sits well on the water without tipping over. Even when it got breezy, he still stayed upright and never blew over. The funny part is when the breeze hit the shark, he started gliding across the pool real fast and he looked even scarier. Lol!!! There are 2 loops on the top for hanging so if you wanted to hang him from the ceiling, there is that option which I think is cool. All in all, he is well-made and feels durable. I think everyone would get a kick out of him.

This shark is enormous. Was perfect for the shark themed birthday party we went to.

This is not a baby shark by any means! It is a large blow up shark for fun in the pool. It is durable and doesn't seem like it is going to leak. Its closer to a blow up ring then it is to a tube that is pulled behind a boat so some care has to be put in to make sure it lasts and doesn't rupture. It has some stability to ride it from the side fins and overall its a very fun item for summer water fun.

The size of this shark is so fun! My kids love this pool float and it has even sparked their imagination for some water games, which I really appreciate as a parent! It has a great appearance and is easy to inflate! The quality seems pretty typical for a pool floaty, my kids haven’t popped it yet so that is saying something!

i had to get one for the 5 year old neighbor kid for his birthday. He just loves it. I don't think it would be very durable for swimming pool use, but holds air well after I blew it up for him if he does not get too rough with it. I like the details for example the gills and the shark teeth.
