These are such cute mini writing tablets and they would make a great party favor! They have a lock button on the back so you don’t accidentally erase your drawing before you’re finished. They’re easy to write on and clear when you’re ready. I love that it comes with a keychain so you can clip it onto any bag you’re taking with you. The battery compartment in the back is secured with a screw so the button battery is kept safe.

I have 4 children, and I also babysit my niece and nephew, so having a pack of 6 was perfect. Each child got one, and they stayed entertained for a good while creating their own little drawings and designs. They really enjoyed them. These are great for restaurants while waiting for food, the doctor’s office during appointments, church, or really any situation where you need something quick to keep kids occupied. I love that they’re small enough to keep in my “mom bag,” so I always have something on hand when I need it. They’re also really lightweight and easy for little hands to use. The erase function works well, and it’s nice that the screen clears quickly so they can start over without any mess, paper, or crayons everywhere. I used these doodle boards for goodie bags fow my daughter's preschool class. She is 3 and thought it was the coolest thing! I will be keeping one in my purse for her to use at restaurants.

These are really neat, and make a perfect gift for little ones. They really like playing with these. It comes with a string that you can use to attach the stylus to the board. The boards are very simple, light, and surprisingly durable. I like that the battery is replaceable. The only time the battery is used is to erase the board. There’s a switch on the back to prevent the button from being pressed, but it does not prevent you from drawing on the board (so the drawing isn’t very safe from being messed up). Keep in mind, there is no way to save your drawings. It’s more like a chalk board, you draw - then erase, and repeat. It comes with six of them in various colors. I would say these are a very good value considering how much fun they are, the durability, and price for six of them. This would make a great little party favor gift or stocking stuffer. Or just a distraction for an idle mind.

There is a little "stylus" with a pointy end that is rounded and not sharp. It comes with a keychain-type clip that you put on which is simple with a lobster clasp onto the hole on one corner of the tablet/pad and the other end is a large clip for backpack, purse, etc. There is also a stretchy black lanyard that took me a while to figure out what to do with it but the ad does show it fastening to the top end of the "stylus" pen and fasten the other end to the same hole that the keychain clip is in. This is a great way to keep the stylus with the tablet, otherwise the stylus does not stay very tightly into the slot meant for it on the side of the tablet. It might be hard for some to get the stylus back into its slot on the side of the tablet and so using the stretchy lanyard is best. The pad itself is sensitive and so even your finger mark will show up if you accidentally (or intentionally) touch the pad. It shows up in pretty rainbow-ish colors fairly brightly for what it is. There is a little slider button on the back that works to "lock" the screen if you like your picture and then it won't delete/erase when you press the little garbage can icon on the bottom front of the pad screen. But once a picture is made and you want to erase it and doodle again then just press the little icon of a garbage can on the front bottom of the pad screen and magically the picture disappears. This is a great little fidget type activity that uses imagination and fine-motor skills of holding and drawing and pressing small buttons and slides - even using the clip to put it onto something is a good skill for kids to learn. It is a quiet activity and good for someone to be using their mind and not just watching a screen. This would be a good a simple little item for elderly who are bored but also for individuals with intellectual disabilities (neurodivergent) who need a safe, fun & simple activity while being a passenger in a car/bus or waiting in long lines or in waiting rooms. (I am a parent of an adult with I/DD) Take into consideration the stylus. The pad can be drawn on with just a finger and that makes it more versatile for a variety of people in many age ranges & abilities. These would be good little items for stockings, party favor bags or to hand out in class or in office treasure chests! Keep one in your purse for yourself, kids or elderly parent to use whenever. I did not give it 5 stars only because the stylus does not stay in its slot on the side very easy which could upset some kids/people - but it can be fastened with the lanyard so it still does not get lost. At about $3.33 each, these are a great value for reusable drawing or writing fun. They are not backlit, but rather the electrical (battery) component is for resetting the drawing back to a blank black slate, which works reliably (make sure the switch is at the On position to use). These are fun to draw on and a great stocking stuffer or party favor. It is easy to make marks and clear them. The stylus is non-electrical and just a pressure instrument. Drawings can be made with anything with a fine, hard tip, including fingernails and textured surfaces, which is fun for creativity. The plastic seems pretty durable, and the keychain attachments go on pretty easily (the keychain and stylus attachments arrive separate from the boards. The styluses store in the sides of the drawing boards, but it is slightly difficult to get the stylus to stow reliably, especially for small hands. Thankfully the stylus strings keep them from getting lost. I’m keeping one of these for myself to use for reminders at my desk rather than wasting sticky notes. I’ve docked a star because the backdrop behind the black LCD layer is not as bright and colorful as the listing photos, and especially on the blue parts, the drawings are a bit difficult to see.

Fun little lcd writing tablets. Not necessarily just for kids. It's perfect to keep in your bag for quick little notes. It's got an on/off switch in the back to allow you to erase what you wrote. Keep it off and it will prevent you from accidentally erasing what you wrote. Great price for a pack of 6. Seems like you are guaranteed at least one of each color but how many of each is not guaranteed. Prefect for kids birthday parties as well.

Our kiddos love these types of tablets especially for long car rides. This set of six mini doodle boards is great to have on hand for quiet play time, car rides, restaurants etc. The 6 pack comes in 4 colors - 2 purple, 2 blue, one green and one pink. The colors are bright. Each one has a matching key chain that hooks onto the plastic tablet with a lobster claw that is easy to open and close. The doodle "pen" is attached at the bottom inside a little clip. I found it difficult to get the stylus to click back in place when we were done and the kids got frustrated with it. I am certain we will end up losing the pens fairly quickly because they are not tied to the tablet. The plastic tablets are small and thin. The actual screen size for writing on is only 3.5 x 2.5 inches which limits artistic creativity especially for toddlers who tend to draw big. It has an on off switch on the back and then you can erase your drawings by touching the trash can symbol on the front.

These writing tablets are so stinking cute. I really brought back some nostalgia of toys I used to play with when I was small. When I saw this pack I jumped at the opportunity. I am creating a "Merch Store" for my daughters birthday and thought these would be the perfect add to give a party favors. They pack comes in multiple colors which was great. You simply remove the stylus provided and write. Then press the trash button to clear and start over again. These are lightweight so you can throw them in a bag and use them anywhere. They are easy to use an provide hours of fun. Overall, a cute fun toy.

These are definitely mini! I have got to get better at ordering things online and paying attention to the sizes. I am honestly happy with what size came. I wanted a set for my classroom for each student to use during small group to practice their cursive. I like this because it changes up the traditional pen and paper. My kids tested these out for me. They are a fun way to show creativity without all the mess. We used these while traveling and threw them and their bags. They are so small and compact that they did not take up any room. Very fun. Decent value. Comes with a key chain and attached pen, so nothing gets lost.
